Connor, who was our driver, was waiting for us when we arrived. He got us to our destination quickly and provided a ton of useful info about what to expect during our 3 day trek. 

Silvia, the office manager, was also very helpful. She quickly responded to our emails even when the office was closed. She also accommodated our needy group of first timers above and beyond what is to be expected.
